60 W. Rutland has an unmatched South End location and was custom designed for two home owners. Mainsail prides itself on executing the fine details for those designing their dream home. The upper Triplex features a classic look with period details, moldings, antique mantles and high ceilings. The lower duplex took a more modern turn and was completed with a more streamlined look.
