  • The Visionary Behind Mainsail

    Jim's initiation into the real estate realm began in 1980, renting apartments. Within a short span, he pivoted to purchasing and revitalizing apartments, predominantly in the coveted Back Bay area. His ventures soon expanded to encompass commercial properties throughout Boston. A proud graduate of Suffolk University, Jim holds a BSBA in Accounting.

    Under the banner of Mainsail Management Inc., Jim, along with his adept partners, has pioneered the development and management of both commercial and residential real estate in the New England area for three decades. His notable achievements include approximately 125 condominium conversions in prime Boston areas and significant real estate acquisitions in Back Bay.
